I have a sister recently diagnosed with lung cancer and she has been showing a lot of anger. Interesting that the first, outward moving spiral starts by moving to the left and is anti-clockwise, while the second inward moving spiral starts by moving to the right and is clockwise. This idea of acceptance is one of the biggest ideas in psychotherapy these days.
